On my birthday, a note to myself and the readers.

Between growing up and growing older, the former is optional and the latter inevitable. Age is a number that keeps adding up. The coolest thing about it is that you don’t have to do anything, it will work out and sweat out on your behalf.  The only thing we can work on is ‘growing up’. Over the years, I must have grown up because I have been able to ‘let go’ a number of things which I had previously fought like a warrior, cried my eyes out, pulled my hair out and lost countless breaths on. I read it somewhere that to be happy, we only require three ingredients: Someone to love and care, something to do and something to hope for. Consider yourself truly blessed because you have and will always have these three ingredients of happiness. How you take it or what you make of it is up to you because these ingredients will aways test your mixing skills and your patience. Happiness always comes as waves, you have to wait a little and the ingredients will test you skills.

Waves of happiness will float in the coast of your life. A lot of hurdles  will come in between but eventually in life, it’s all about true deep relationships, doing and hope! Your current job is not working…there is always something better to hope for. You are stuck…there is always something to do to take you out of there.  Someone has rejected you, hurt you…but you have someone to love. See, no matter what, these three ingredients will always pull you up. So chin up, buckle up and work on in the midst of all the chaos because you have someone to love, something to do and something to hope for!

Thank you so much all of you for your kind wishes, love and support!

Much love
